Before proceeding, please ensure that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to our terms and conditions. If any of the outlined clauses do not align with your preferences, we kindly suggest refraining from making purchases on our website.
Crucial Reminder: For any return or exchange requests, it’s essential that the product remains unused and unworn, retaining its original tag and packaging.
Exchange Policy:
- Please note that exchange requests cannot be accommodated for customized orders.
- To initiate an exchange or return, customers are responsible for covering shipping charges in both directions. This encompasses the cost of returning the product to our warehouse as well as the subsequent shipping fee for delivering the replacement product to the customer’s location.
- The free shipping option does not extend to exchanged products.
- Following the submission of a product for exchange, customers are kindly requested to await a period of 3 to 5 days. Our Quality Assurance team meticulously inspects the item to ensure it remains unused, unworn, and free from damage. Once the QA assessment is satisfactory, the exchange process moves forward. The complete exchange procedure may extend up to two to three weeks for the replacement product to be dispatched.
Return Policy:
- Our return policy applies under specific circumstances. Pelle Jackets takes full responsibility for delivering superior quality products. However, if genuine issues such as those outlined below arise, you are entitled to claim a return for your product:
- The delivered product varies from the item you originally ordered.
- The size or measurements of the delivered product do not match the specifications of your order.
- The delivered product arrives damaged, dented, or in an unsuitable condition for wear.
Please be aware that Pelle Jackets reserves the right to assess and determine the legitimacy of customers’ return, exchange, or refund claims based on the circumstances. To ensure a successful claim, it is imperative that the presented reason is valid. Pelle Jackets does not process return or exchange requests for arbitrary or general reasons.
Furthermore, return or exchange claims must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Claims made beyond this timeframe unfortunately cannot be entertained.
Please understand that we reserve the right to decline return, exchange, and refund claims for items damaged by the customer or other authorities (in rare instances) during the shipment process.
